We practiced bike safety at our Bike Rodeo! Students got to ride their bikes around our neighbourhood route and use their skills to ride safe.

Each year our school participates in Jump Rope for Heart. At our kickoff assembly the middle school Skipping Club gave us a fun performance! On Wednesday next week we will enjoy some activities in our gym to promote healthy living.

We have been enjoying our gymnastics unit during our gym time for the past month. To end our unit we created routines in gym and took a trip to our local gymnastics centre.

Snow Activities

Our class has started our weekly skating with Mrs. Sharpe’s class. We set up stations around the ice to work on our skating skills and then have a free skate at the end.

Oh Deer!
We were happy to go out for Frolicking Friday today with all of this snow. We went down a trail by our school and loved playing “Oh, Deer!” and looking for animal winter food sources.
