We tried our first Science experiment this week by creating a strong structure out of 20 toothpicks and…10 jujubes! This structure had to be able to hold up a book.

We will be taking a field trip up to Forest Crown next week with Mrs. Sharpe’s class to check out a few houses that are being built up there so that we can see what materials are used to build the structures that we live in!

We talked about shapes to make these structures. Which shape was the strongest?
