Music Monday

Music Monday has finally arrived. On Monday, May 6th, our school and the other elementary school in our town met in the platzl to sing “Is Somebody Singing”. We also had performances from our Middle School and High School bands as well. It was a beautiful, perfect day to celebrate music.

Check out the link on our tweet below to watch Chris Hadfield playing live from the International Space Station on Music Monday.

Chick it out!

Today our class and Mrs. Sharpe’s grade 2/3’s went to another elementary school in our town to visit some of their classrooms. We got to see and learn about many different things, including chicks, anoles, and toads! A big thank you to Ms. Sharpe’s and Mrs. Kinsey’s classes for having us.

What was your favourite part of our field trip?

What was something that you learned about chicks, anoles, or toads?
